Me in a Nutshell.
I am passionate about technology, entrepreneurship, and the global world. I thrive in the start-up environment, and I’ve been on the founding team of various ventures, including a tech start-up focused on environmental sustainability, a non-profit distributing microcredit loans, and a global expression campaign.
In 2012 I grabbed my backpack to travel around the world without a guidebook or cell phone. The journey included trekking really tall mountains, diving deep in the oceans, and connecting with amazing innovators and entrepreneurs globally. This blog serves as a platform on some of those travel adventures. I’ve also spent a considerable amount of time overseas including interning for the 2006 Nobel Peace Prize winning institution, the Grameen Bank, and serving as Young Professional Ambassador behalf of the US Department of State.
I graduated from the University of Denver, summa cum laude, with my MBA, Masters in Real Estate and Construction Management, and BSBA in Finance/Real Estate with a minor in Leadership Studies, and was selected as a member of the USA Today All Academic First Team (top 20 undergraduate student in the nation). I am currently studying at the University College of London for a MSc in Technology Entrepreneurship as a Fulbright Scholar.
